An allergy alert test, is a non-invasive test of hair dye or gel (in the case of beauty services) that is applied to the skin topically to see whether you have reaction to the product to be used. It is important that the product is given 48 hours to develop fully on the skin which means that your service will be a minimum 48 hours after the test. Any reaction that you have whether itchy skin or swelling, must immediately be reported to our team so that we can recommend another product to use and amend your future service appointment accordingly.

Yes, knotless braids can and should be washed. Regular washing helps remove buildup, dirt, and oil from the scalp and braids, promoting healthy hair and a longer-lasting style. When washing, focus on the scalp with gentle massaging and rinsing, while minimizing frizz by avoiding aggressive pulling on the braids.

Yes – as long as your hair is at least 4 inches long, extensions can be added for length and fullness.

The time it takes to install knotless braids varies based on braid size, hair length and thickness. Generally, small boho braids can take anywhere from 8 to 12 hours, while medium boho braids may take 3 to 7 hours, and large boho braids can be done in 2 to 4. Longer, thicker hair will require more time and braiding. Styles with intricate patterns or added details will take longer. The density of your hair can impact the time it takes to complete the braids.
